Aoife McNamara was founded in 2019 to push boundaries in the fashion industry and reimagine what sustainable design looks like. Based in Adare, Co. Limerick, Irish designer, Aoife McNamara creates sustainable collections driven by innovative practices and inspired by Ireland’s wild beauty. Her mission is to build a community based on grassroots collaboration and empowerment.
This collaboration with Adare Manor represents a significant step towards building meaningful partnerships and collaborations that align with our values. By working closely with Adare Manor, we not only promote sustainable practices, but also showcase the beauty and heritage of Irish culture. ✨
We follow a made-to-order model. Made-to-order fashion means that clothes are made only when they are ordered. It is a more ethical and sustainable approach because there is no overproduction and reduces the risk of excess stock. This means your order may take a little longer than usual.
Unfortunately, we don’t yet offer customised tailoring for customers who purchase our seasonal garments. However, this service is available exclusively for brides and will be discussed during your consultation which you can book here.
Aoife Mc Namara follows a pre-order model for the new season 9 collection. Pre-order is a slower, more sustainable approach to production, as only the amount of pieces purchased will be produced. This means that your delivery can take a little longer to arrive. It generally takes 2-4 weeks to make your garment, this can vary depending on the garment. Please allow additional time when you order, for this. But, trust us, it’s worth the wait!
It is then shipped with GLS couriers and tracked. Once shipped, delivery within Ireland takes 2-3 working days. The UK takes 3-5 working days, and the rest of the world takes 7-10 working days.
Aoife McNamara offers free tracked delivery in Ireland, and international delivery is €20.
We accept your returns if made within 30 days of you receiving your item. We do not offer refunds but offer exchange or a credit note, provided goods are in their original condition.
We accept returns of sale pieces up to 7 days after items have been shipped. We do not offer refunds of sale items, but offer exchange or a credit note, provided goods are in their original condition.
Event tickets, including our Cottage sessions are non-refundable as places are extremely limited in our Adare Cottage. In such circumstances, event tickets can be switched to future dates.
If goods are faulty or damaged on arrival, we are so sorry and will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note as well as refunding the cost of shipping.
In order to return an item, please print off and fill out our return form on our website, state whether you would like a exchange or credit note, and send the item to the address on the form;
